MUSIC CLASSES:

Our MUSIC teachers are awesome! Because of their talents and experience, we can offer Voice, Piano and Guitar
(and hope to add Trumpet and Violin at the beginning of the new year).

FITNESS & EXERCISE CLASSES:

FUSION: This unique form of exercise has been developed based on the form of Yoga and designed to work the bodyís center. Strengthening and lengthening the muscles will create a long, lean, strong body. You will walk away from a Fusion session feeling stronger, stretched and energized.

YOGA/PILATES: combines the movement, breathing, posture, relaxation and meditation of Yoga with mat exercises from the discipline of Pilates. This class will elongate and strengthen all major muscle groups of the body. Regular practice of Yoga and Pilates can increase felxibility, balance, strength and general wellness of the human body, as well as learning to achieve an inner calm from practicing simple meditation. Developing muscle elasticity and joint mobility in addition to proper body alignment will help protect the body from injury and illness.
